In December 1995, our joint venture, Anning Decco Fine Chemical Co., Ltd , was set up between state-owned Yunnan Anning Chemical Industry Factory and the former Elf Ato Agri, now Cerexagri BV., a wholly-owned subsidiary of United Phosphorus (UPL), to be a manufacturer of Bleached Dewaxed Shellac, Lac dye and Lac wax, with a production site in Changpo, Kunming, China. Our Shellac has been Kosher approved by the OU.
