  Issue:

  The Orthodox Union certifies these products as kosher when bearing the OU symbol. A limited amount of these soups were produced while not under kosher supervision, and these productions do not bear the OU symbol. The signage at the point of sale may include a photo of similar products which are bearing the OU symbol. Consumers are advised to confirm that the OU symbol is on every can prior to purchase, and corrective action is being taken.

  Issue:

  The Orthodox Union wishes to clarify the following with regard to Orthodox Union certified dairy airline meals:
  
  1. Weiss’s Kosher Cuisine is OU-D – Cholov Yisrael
  2. KoshAir Cuisine (MilMar Food Group) is OU-D – not Cholov Yisrael
  3. Borenstein Caterers is OU-D – not Cholov Yisrael
  
  The airline meals labels accurately depict the above information.

  The Coca-Cola Company has introduced a new beverage, Coca-Cola Blak. This product contains a dairy ingredient. According to the Coca-Cola Company, this ingredient does not contain proteins from milk which make it allergenic to some people. Coca-Cola Blak is produced under the supervision of the Orthodox Union and is kosher-dairy when bearing the OU-D symbol.
